Refund policy

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

Important Information:

  • All shipping cost for returns will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to process after your shipment back to us.
  • Unless the item is damaged upon delivery, all shipping costs will be paid by the customer for a return.
  • Returns lost in transit will not be covered for a return price. Please keep the tracking number of your order to ensure the safety of your return.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Visit our returns center:  shopsarahliz.myreturnscenter.com
  2. Enter your order number and the email used to place your order
  3. Select the item you wish to return
  4. Upon approval, send all items back to our shop!
